Everything we sell is 3D printed to order, so here’s exactly what to expect between placing your order and it arriving.
Processing & dispatch time
Because each item is printed just for you, please allow [2–3] business days for us to print, check and pack your order before it’s dispatched. Larger or custom orders may take a little longer — we’ll let you know if so.
Where we ship
We currently ship across Australia. [If you ship overseas: We also ship to [countries] — see “International orders” below. Otherwise delete that section.]
Shipping options & cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order. [We offer free tracked shipping on orders over $30.] We send orders with Australia Post [and/or couriers], with tracking included.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery within Australia is generally:
- Metro areas: [2–5] business days
- Regional/remote areas: [5–10] business days
These are estimates provided by the carrier and aren’t guaranteed — delivery can take longer during busy periods, sales, or due to circumstances outside our control.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not able to redirect a parcel once it’s sent, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a re-delivery postage charge.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn’t updated or your order seems lost, contact us at [your email] with your order number and we’ll help trace it with the carrier. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [7] days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund. (See our Refund & Returns Policy.)
International orders [delete if Australia-only]
For international orders, delivery times vary by destination. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
